The business activity of Ecolutions comprises global investments in projects and companies that contribute directly or indirectly to climate protection, as well as those that benefit from climate change either directly or indirectly. In so doing, the company essentially pursues two major approaches:

First, the Company intends to invest in climate protection projects with the goal of generating earnings from the operation of the facilities as well as from the subsequent sale of the emission certificates granted for the project. The Company intends to invest globally with wide diversification, on its own or jointly with international parties, primarily in projects that focus on reducing CO2 emissions or absorb CO2 and thereby generate emission certificates in particular through CDM projects.

Additionally, the company intends to finance a significant portion of the investments through borrowed funds. Furthermore, to a limited extent, the company invests in other companies that are not listed in stock exchanges and whose business activities focus on the area of renewable sources of energy.

Ecolutions possesses the specialized knowledge needed for the development of climate protection projects. The company intends to share its knowledge-base and other services for the development of climate protection projects.
